Our Team
Mr. Shedrack Odoh
Group Executive Director
Shedrack Chiedozie Odoh is the Group Executive Director, Morning Side group. Before joining Morning Side group, He was with Mobile producing Nigeria.
Shedrack started his working career with Citibank Nigeria before moving to Central Bank of Nigeria and subsequently to UBA. He has rich senior management experience in the banking and oil & gas industries in Nigeria. His core expertise is in Logistics, Financial and Treasury management.
He attended the Senior Management Program of the Lagos Business School. He has also benefited from numerous and management training by Kenan - Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina and OGCI Houston, Texas.
Mr Shedrack C. Odoh is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Port Harcourt and an MBA from the University of Lagos.
Mr. Godwin Nosike
CFO/Head Management Services
Godwin Nosike is the Chief Financial Officer/Head Management Services.
Godwin Nosike has over 24 years post-graduate experience in various fields with specifically in Marketing, Finance and Administration.
He has worked for Morning Side Group for over 5 years holding different positions and responsibilities.
Before his elevation to the position of CFO/HMS, he has served as General Manager, Admin/Marketing/Operations for Morning Side Group.
Godwin has over 18 years of banking experience having worked in the following banks:
- United Bank of Africa Plc (UBA)
- Zenith Bank Plc.
- Diamond Bank Plc (he had 2 stints with Diamond Bank, now defunct.)
He held different positions in these banks ranging from Banking Officer to Senior Manager. Over the years, he carried out functions in Operations,Treasury Management, Branch and Regional Management.
Mr Nosike was also the former MD/CEO Nosicom Ventures., a private marketing and construction firm. He holds an MBA in marketing from the University of Nigeria and B.sc. in Accountancy and numerous professional training.
Mr. Chuka Ofili
G.M, Business Development
Mr Chuka in a period of 15 years garnered cognate experience in diverse areas of Banking. His career as a banker commenced with First Bank Nigeria Plc in 1999. Starting off as a Graduate trainee, his career trajectory spans diverse areas of banking from Branch Operations, Business Development, Electronic Banking, Risk management, Information technology, Commercial banking Public sector banking. He worked on the project team that midwifed the Nigerian Automated Clearing system with First Bank of Nigeria Plc. Thereafter, he worked closely with the Executive Director in charge of commercial Banking and later Public Sector south in the capacity of a special assistant.
In 2011, he joined the employment of Diamond Bank as special Assistant to the GMD/CEO. He attained the level of senior Manager before leaving the bank in 2014 to join his current employers.
His educational background comprises of a certificate in economics and an MBA from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, other qualifications including Cisco Certified Network Administrator CCNA, Oracle Business Intelligence Certification. Professional membership - Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria. -The Nigerian Economic Society.
He is presently the Group Head, Business Development and Operations overseeing the growth initiatives of diverse subsidiaries spanning, Real estate, Financial services, Hospitality, Oil & gas and entertainment sector.
Mr. Paul Okoroafor
Head of Project Management
Mr. Paul Okoroafor is the Group Head of Projects, and currently the project manager for Revenue Enhancement Consultancy Project of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA). He has over twenty years of banking experience in both local and international banks, and his experience covers Risk management, Business Development, Branch Management, Business set-up and Project Management and he was involved in the transformation of three Nigerian banks.
He also has a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He is a graduate of National Banking College, Ghana and an Alumnus of Lagos Business School, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow of Institute of Fraud Management and Control, Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a Superintendent of Police (Supernumerary) and an Associate Member of International Institute of Professional Security (IIPS) as well as an Honorary Member of the Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB).
